*These are not all the possible side effects of ORIAHNN. Percentages based on 395 women who took ORIAHNN and 196 women who took placebo in two 6-month clinical trials. Listed side effects include all adverse reactions reported in 5% or more of women and at a greater percentage than placebo. For more information, ask your gynecologist or pharmacist. About 10% (1 in 10) stopped treatment because of side effects, compared with about 7% of women taking placebo.

The most common adverse reactions leading to study drug discontinuation in the ORIAHNN group were nausea, headache, hair loss, abnormal bleeding from the uterus, heavy menstrual bleeding, and hot flashes. Serious adverse events were reported in three ORIAHNN-treated women in Trials 1 and 2. Two women had heavy menstrual bleeding and required blood transfusion due to anemia, and one woman with history of bariatric surgery had their gallbladder removed laparoscopically due to gallbladder problems.
